I've been reading for awhile...you're on my daily list of reads. :) I really love reading about being a landlord, even though I am not one (nor do I plan to EVER be one). It is a completely different perspective than I am used to. Not sure why I find it so interesting.

And I enjoy reading about money saving tips and tricks. I think you do a good job.
