Say you catch your sigoth cheating. You want a separation/divorce/split/whatever-you-want-to-call-it. How do you make sure you don’t wind up loosing a lot of your assets in the play?

Now, legal recourse gives married individuals some recompense here. What about folks that really don’t pay attention to what their sigoth is doing with their money.
