Do Your Own Homework With The Law!
For your consideration: Do Your Own Homework With The Law!
Here’s a quick easy money tip:
Know your rights and know what’s legal and what’s not. If you don’t, then you could get duped out of your money.
Here’s the scenario:
You’re driving along. You’re speeding. You get pulled over. You get a ticket.
You call into City Hall to pay your ticket. You pay the amount the police offer wrote on the ticket. Let’s say it’s $100.00.
Freeze!! Right there . . .
That’s your problem.
All you want to know from what a police officer writes on your ticket is the officer name and badge number.
More than likely, the rest of the “rules” for your ticket . . . including the amount you owe for your infraction . . . is listed on the back of the ticket or written in your local municipal code.
“Why are you telling us this Money King???!!!”
You look to us for money saving and money making tips, right?
Well, this happens from time to time . . . a police officer writes the wrong ticket amount on a person’s ticket and then they pay the wrong amount. Sometimes you’re paying too much!
Know your laws, and save your money! Don’t be scared to question . . .
Good luck out there.
